ADPP runs networking events where we can raise subjects and discuss issues amongst our peers. All events are held under Chatham House Rule.
Our inaugural event in Edinburgh has been postponed from April 2nd and rescheduled for 2021 depending on government guidelines.
It will start with a panel discussion followed by a drinks and canapes networking reception where we can continue the discussion on the following topics (and others)

Irene runs a training academy focussing on GDPR, Data Protection, Cyber Security, Human Error. Irene's experience and insight from her work as a Chief Inspector is invaluable, especially with regard to training and vulnerable adults. She introduced GDPR across the entire recruitment function in Police Scotland
Simone is the Group DPO for three UK Airports. She also has substantial experience within the NHS in Scotland in Information Governance and Data Protection roles and training.
Andrew is currently working within the aviation sector, responsible for the group's global data protection programme, which includes, the implementation of regulatory change, chairing of functional/regional data protection Working Groups. In the past he has worked in the insurance sector, and in a consultancy role across many industries.
Hayley is passionate about privacy professional (CIPP/E & Post Grad Data Protection Law & Info Governance) with a solid background in operational efficiency. She has worked in small businesses to large multinationals, across a variety of sectors and industries, including Big Pharma, Marketing, Recruitment, Financial Services, Healthcare, Oil & Gas and the Third Sector
David is a highly experienced Chief Information Security Officer/Cyber Security and GDPR Management. With a deep knowledge of GDPR data protection and privacy strategies. He is the founder of GDPR Technology Forum with over 18,000 members
