In today’s discussion we will be discussing the issues around Brexit and GDPR:

  • 1.     Keeping data Flowing from the EA to the UK (Standard Clauses): is there a clear resolution?
  • 2.     Representative offices in the EU and the UK  - do we really need them?
  • 3.     What power does a DPO really have? (following the Belgian regulators decision last month)

Malcolm Dowden   will be in discussion with Carol Tullo, OBE LLB  and David Clarke from The Trust Bridge

Malcolm is the Legal Director at Womble Bond Dickinson and has more than 25 years’ experience as a commercial, regulatory and privacy lawyer with a strong background in the law relating to technology, data protection, privacy and electronic communications.
